Cerritos Hills Florist – Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Bloom Points Loyalty Program (“Program”) rewards eligible customers for repeat purchases made in-store or through our website. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Cerritos Hills Florist (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may update, modify, or terminate the Program at any time at our sole discretion.

2. Enrollment

  • Enrollment is free.

  • Customers are automatically enrolled when providing a valid email or phone number at checkout or when creating an online account.

  • Each customer may maintain one loyalty account.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure proper point tracking and reward delivery.

3. Earning Points

  • Points are earned only on the order subtotal (before tax, delivery, service fees, and tips).

  • Points are added to the customer’s account after the order is completed.

  • Points are not earned on:

    • Gift card purchases

    • Deposits

    • Orders paid with rewards

    • Taxes, fees, delivery charges, or tips

  • Points have no cash value outside the Program.

  • Points do not currently expire; however, we reserve the right to implement an expiration policy with prior notice.

  • If an order is partially refunded, discounted, or modified after purchase, point adjustments may be made at our discretion.

  • We may correct point balances at any time in the event of system error, misuse, or suspected manipulation.

4. Redeeming Rewards

  • Points may be redeemed for discounts on future eligible purchases according to our active loyalty settings.

  • Minimum spend for reward redemption: $40.00 (before tax, fees, and delivery).

  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to:

    • Taxes

    • Fees

    • Delivery charges

    • Tips

    • Gift cards

    • Past orders

    • Deposits or special orders unless explicitly allowed

  • Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, discounts, or offers unless we explicitly permit it.

  • Customers must be logged in or identified at checkout to redeem rewards.

  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, gifted, or assigned.

  • If a reward is applied to an order that is later refunded, the reward value may be restored to the customer's account.

5. Blackout Periods & Limitations

Due to increased operational demands, reward redemptions may be limited or unavailable during peak holiday periods, including but not limited to Valentine’s Week and Mother’s Day Week. Limitations may vary based on product availability, order volume, or operational needs.

6. Exclusions

  • Points are not earned on taxes, fees, delivery charges, tips, or gift cards.

  • Rewards may not be applied to certain holiday items, event orders, custom arrangements, or special orders unless specifically allowed.

  • Points cannot be awarded retroactively for:

    • Past orders

    • Cash payments without customer identification

    • Phone orders

    • Third-party orders (e.g., Teleflora, FTD, wire services)

7. Refunds & Adjustments

  • If an order is canceled or refunded, points earned for that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s balance.

  • If a reward was used on a refunded or canceled order, the reward points may be reinstated.

  • We reserve the right to deny or adjust points in cases of abuse, misuse, or error.

8. Program Changes & Termination

  • We may suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without liability.

  • If the Program is terminated, any unused points or rewards will immediately expire and have no value.

9. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or defraud the Program — including creating duplicate accounts, fraudulent returns, misrepresentation of identity, or unauthorized use of rewards — may result in:

  • Loss of all accumulated points

  • Cancellation of rewards

  • Removal from the Program

  • Refusal of service

10. General Terms

  • Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • Points and rewards are non-transferable.

  • Participation in the Program signifies acceptance of these Terms.

  • These Terms are subject to change at our discretion and will be updated on our website when applicable.
