Hello, my daughter is studying in LA while we are in SF. It was her birthday yesterday and I so much wanted to brighten up her day. I've never ordered flowers before and I came across this page on Google. Ordering was simple and the pictures were descriptive. I chose a size and bouquet style. I personalized a note for her and asked to have it delivered to her at her school (as a huge surprise) before a certain time... I was so very skeptical and nervous but then I get a text from my daughter and she was so very much surprised and happy. She LOVED her bouquet and the delivery service. MIL’s bday bouquet was gorgeous! I’ve been ordering from Cerritos Hills Florist for a few years now (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays…) and every time the recipients have been delighted with the arrangements which makes me happy.

I bought this arrangement for my mother’s birthday last minute! I was unable to pick up my flowers and Charlene was extremely sweet, accommodating, and communicative! My mom absolutely loved the arrangement and I will definitely be ordering from this shop again!

Delivery was timely, but this arrangement is tiny and looks much nicer and fuller online. I even ordered the Deluxe. Not worth $134 at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your arrangement didn’t look as full as you expected. The total amount of $134 included delivery, tax, and tip, while the actual Deluxe arrangement itself was $95.

For the Deluxe upgrade, I added extra flowers, including roses, placed behind the dog design to create a fuller, three-dimensional look. The photo on our website (and most flower stores) shows all flowers brought forward for photography, but in person each arrangement is designed to look balanced and natural from every angle.

Each piece is handcrafted with fresh, seasonal blooms, so a bit of variation is part of its unique charm. I truly appreciate your feedback and would be happy to review your order personally to make sure you’re completely satisfied. I sent flowers to my mom today because it was her birthday and she absolutely loved them! When I called her to ask if she received it, she couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful they were and how nice they smelled.
