Substitution Policy
The photos on my website are taken by me inside my shop and reflect the style, color palette, and design intent of each arrangement. Because flowers are a natural, perishable product, no two arrangements will ever be identical — even when made from the same recipe.
Flower and container availability varies by season, market conditions, and daily inventory. When a substitution is needed, I use flowers and containers of equal or greater value and preserve the original color palette, style, and overall feel of the design.
Arrangements are handcrafted and will have natural variation in bloom size, stem placement, and fullness. This is not a defect — it is the nature of working with fresh flowers.
If specific flowers, colors, containers, or design elements are important to you, they must be noted in the florist instructions at checkout or communicated to me directly before your order is placed. Requests made after an order is submitted cannot be guaranteed.
All sales are final. Concerns must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation. I do not issue refunds based on personal preference or natural floral variation.
I deliver across a wide service area covering Los Angeles and Orange County. Delivery availability and fees are based on your zip code and will be calculated at checkout.
Same-day delivery availability and cutoff times vary by zip code. Enter your delivery details at checkout to confirm availability. If same-day delivery does not appear as an option, the cutoff time for your area has passed.
Same-day delivery is free to Cerritos, Artesia, La Palma, and qualifying areas of Lakewood. A 2-hour timed delivery window is available for an additional $20. Timed windows are not guaranteed during major holidays.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, a valid recipient phone number, and any access information required to complete the delivery — including business hours, gate codes, and building entry instructions.
Gated or Restricted Access: If a gate code is not provided, the driver will attempt to contact the recipient using the phone number on file to gain entry safely and legally. If entry cannot be made, redelivery may be attempted at a later time and may be subject to an additional fee.
Recipient Unavailable or Business Closed: If the recipient is not available, the driver will use professional judgment to leave the arrangement in a safe location, out of direct sunlight and sheltered from the elements when possible. If a business is closed at the time of delivery, the driver may attempt to contact the recipient or a neighboring business. If redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.
Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the delivery address before submitting an order. If an incorrect address is provided and the arrangement is already delivered OR delivery is already en route, a redelivery fee may apply. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information submitted at checkout.
Wrong Date: If an order is placed for an incorrect delivery date, the customer must contact me by email or text as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Requests made after that window may not be accommodated unless possible.
Weather: I am not liable for weather-related conditions after a delivery has been completed. Drivers always make every effort to place arrangements in a sheltered location away from direct sunlight and the elements.
Proof of Delivery: A delivery photo is not guaranteed but may be available upon request.

If you have a concern with your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery by email or text and provide clear photo documentation of the issue. Concerns submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for review. Any resolution — including partial credit or redelivery — is offered solely at my discretion and is not guaranteed.
In the rare event a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement. Pre-authorization holds placed at the time of order are not charges and will be released automatically by your bank, typically within 3–5 business days.
