it didn't exactly look like that. My friend liked them so that's what matters. Me, ehh. I understand substitutions but the flowers in the arrangement aren't out of season or hard to find. And when your total is $187, well you expect it to look the picture.

Thank you for expediting delivery of the flowers. It meant a lot to my Aunt who just lost my Uncle after 47 years of marriage.

I ordered this arrangement for my mother's birthday on Feb. 18, but it was mistakenly delivered on Feb. 14, Valentine's Day. I wasn't very pleased with the apparent freshness of some of the flowers in the arrangement, although there were some very lovely ones in there. When I called Charlene, she was was very understanding and apologetic about the delivery day mix-up, and offered to deliver a second arrangement on my mother's birthday. I really appreciated the gesture, and I know my mom did too.
