In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery was timely, but this arrangement is tiny and looks much nicer and fuller online. I even ordered the Deluxe. Not worth $134 at all. Charlene reached out to me and offered to rectify the issue. I’m truly sorry to hear that your arrangement didn’t look as full as you expected. The total amount of $134 included delivery, tax, and tip, while the actual Deluxe arrangement itself was $95. For the Deluxe upgrade, I added extra flowers, including roses, placed behind the dog design to create a fuller, three-dimensional look. The photo on our website (and most flower stores) shows all flowers brought forward for photography, but in person each arrangement is designed to look balanced and natural from every angle. Each piece is handcrafted with fresh, seasonal blooms, so a bit of variation is part of its unique charm.
